DESCRIPTION
After machine has been running for a long time, applications which use XWayland
open underneath other windows and I need to click on them in the menu bar to
bring them to the front.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use machine regularly for weeks.
2. Choose an XWayland application from the menu (For example I use emacs)
OBSERVED RESULT
No emacs window appears on the screen but the icon appears in the menu bar.
Clicking on that causes the window to appear. It is not animated as it would
be if it was minimized.
EXPECTED RESULT
Window should be on top, as it is in the first days of running.

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.30.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Although I have used emacs as an example, this seems to apply to any XWayland
application.
