DESCRIPTION
A .ssh/config file with more than one Include is not read completely.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create .ssh/config file with more than one Include
2. Attempt a sftp:// connection in Dolphin
3. Timeout
OBSERVED RESULT
A timeout occurs as the proper ssh setup is never read
EXPECTED RESULT
An logon just like sftp://
