Pushed by cwo into branch 'master'. app/SidebarMode: handle qquickwidget transparency like KCMutils KCMUtils' qquickwidget for loading qml kcms sets a transparent background color and Qt::WA_AlwaysStackOnTop. The sidebar does not. This means that for certain themes with a transparent background we get a different visual appearance in the side bar and main content (and the sidebar is also different from other apps, whether widgets or quick). Let's make them use the same settings.
