Cannot install neon-user-desk-20261025-1825.iso (KDE 6.8?) on Sony Vaio, just
get alternating blank screen, white screen and unable to install. No desktop,
no boot text, nothing. Display issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just try booting neon-user-desk-20261025-1825.iso on a Sony Vaio with 4GB
RAM and Radeon HD3450/3470
OBSERVED RESULT
Alternating blank screen, white screen with no content on screen
EXPECTED RESULT
For it to display something on screen!
