In the latest flatpak of Dolphin in the context menu Activities the message is 'the Activity Manager is not running' Tested in an admin account with both Dolphin flatpak and Dolphin 26.08.1 installed from the repos. Flatpak was downloaded from the Dolphin's website which opened Discover to complete the installation.
