CMake: Add ENABLE_AKONADICONTACTSUPPORT option kgpg is not strictly a PIM application, so akonadi should be optional, similarly to how kleopatra has these dependencies not required. Except here we introduce an explicit option, default enabled, that does not change existing behavior of build.
