DESCRIPTION
Open windows can be seen briefly changing sizes and positions when after
switching back to the TTY KWin is on.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open and quick-tile some windows
2. Switch to another TTY
3. Switch back to the KWin TTY
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows briefly change sizes and positions but usually return back to their
original arrangements.
Some apps (Firefox) can fail to return to being maximized if they were before,
but I cannot consistently reproduce this.
EXPECTED RESULT
Avoid changing the geometry of windows as some apps may not react properly or
get stuck.
