DESCRIPTION
On both my main display (via DisplayPort) and on one of my secondary displays
(via HDMI) I have one task manager each (both set to auto-hide), both vertical
on the left-hand side of the screen, and one is a clone of the other.
Since 6.8.0 dropped, whenever I log out and back in, or reboot, both of said
taskbars positions are now on the main display in the exact same position
(vertical left-side), and if I go to the panel configuration both task manager
widgets will be side-by-side in the vertical left-side position on my main
display.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open panel configuration.
2. Clone the task manager widget on my main display to a position on another
display.
3. Log out or reboot, log back into the session.
OBSERVED RESULT
Both of my task manager widgets are overlayed on top of one another.
EXPECTED RESULT
One task manager widget on my main display, the other on my left-most display,
both in the vertical left-hand side position.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A friend of mine on CachyOS is also having the same problem, they also have
task manager widgets on multiple displays, in different positions, and they
have the same issue.
