Pushed by niccolove into branch 'master'. profiles: List Konsole's built-in profile ProfilesModel finds Konsole profiles by looking for *.profile files, but the built-in profile is defined in Konsole's code and has no file. Always add an entry for it. Konsole has a --builtin-profile option for starting with that profile, so use it when the entry is chosen, instead of passing an identifier to --profile. The identifier is the "FALLBACK/" path Konsole uses for this profile internally.
