Fix crop tool not working on small screens / mobile The crop tool works when the window is wide, but its button stops working when the window is resized just enough for the `annotationsToolBarContents` to turn from a toolbar into an overflow menu. Removing the display component part makes the button move from the toolbar into the overflow menu and keep working, while also properly displaying its kokoshortcut in its entry.
