For the past few weeks, I have had this issue where anytime I hover my mouse pointer over an application icon on my taskbar, a new application icon pops up named Plasma with a subtitle plasmashell. I thought at first it was the hover preview tooltip (the thumbnail that displays when hovering over an application icon), but I disabled that and ran plasmashell --replace and it is still occurring. Persists with a fresh boot as well. Uploaded attachments.
