DESCRIPTION
Building my apps requires QuickTools in cmake file. But build fails with this:
"Expected Config file at
"/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/Qt6QuickTools/Qt6QuickToolsConfig.cmake" does
NOT exist". I've tried finding the file in the installed directories and can
confirm it actually doesn't exist. Upon reading the manifest for the
flatpak-kde-platform, I think the plausible cause could be that qtsvg is being
built later after qtdeclarative, causing the said tooling to be absent.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install org.kde.Sdk (latest) from flatpak
2. Configure `find_package(Qt6 REQUIRED COMPONENT QuickTools)` in your cmake
file
3. Build with flatpak

OBSERVED RESULT
-- Could NOT find Qt6QuickTools (missing: Qt6QuickTools_DIR)
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:55 (find_package):
  Found package configuration file:

    /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/Qt6/Qt6Config.cmake

but it set Qt6_FOUND to FALSE so package "Qt6" is considered to be NOT
  FOUND. Reason given by package:

Failed to find required Qt component "QuickTools".

  Expected Config file at
  "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/Qt6QuickTools/Qt6QuickToolsConfig.cmake"
  does NOT exist

Configuring with --debug-find-pkg=Qt6QuickTools might reveal details why
  the package was not found.

Configuring with -DQT_DEBUG_FIND_PACKAGE=ON will print the values of some
of the path variables that find_package uses to try and find the package.

-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

EXPECTED RESULT
QuickTools is found and the app is built

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Fedora KDE 44
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.30.0
Qt Version: 6.11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The app I'm trying to build is [Munadi](https://gitlab.com/munadi/munadi) which
I'm an active contributor of. The next expected release in November requires
this addition in the SDK.
