the way access rights are displayed in Dolphin does not match the defined
settings
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Settings → Configure Dolphin → View → Details
2. chose the octal's access right ( XXX)
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
The displayed access right remains in symbolic format (rwxr-xr-x) instead of
octal (755)
EXPECTED RESULT
The Information Panel (via F11 and any other place where permissions are
displayed) should respect the configured permission format setting.
