DESCRIPTION
When selecting a Default Category on the Payee screen, *sometimes* not able to
close/open the tee hierarchy. The contents seem to be disabled and only able
to select category that are currently visible in the tree. This is random and
cannot determine what actions cause this issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on Payees
2. Select a Payee from the list
3. Navigate to Default Category tab
4. Click 'Use the default category for new transactions with this payee'
checkbox
5. Open default category dropdown
6. Sometimes unable to open/close tree hierarchy to select element not
currently shown in tree.

OBSERVED RESULT
Can only select visible elements in the tree. Cannot drill down to child
elements.

EXPECTED RESULT
Able to navigate to any element in the tree including opening and closing the
entire hierarchy structure
