Pushed by cwo into branch 'master'. declarativeimports/core: hide tooltip immediately when hovered PC3 Tooltips hide immediately when the tooltip itself becomes hovered. QtWidgets and TooltipArea tooltips treat this the same as the parent becoming unhovered, and hide the tooltip after a delay. For interactive ToolTipArea tooltips, we obviously need to keep it alive while hovered (otherwise it's not interactive) but with non-interactive ones, it's much more likely that the user intends to interact with whatever's below the tooltip, rather a tooltip that can't be interacted with. So we hide it immediately and let the user's hover and click events immediately go to whatever's below the tooltip's previous location.
