STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Tray and set the Clipboard widget to "shown when needed".
2. Open a private browser window and copy a text from a webpage.
OBSERVED RESULT
Copying private text doesn't cause the Clipboard widget to appear.
EXPECTED RESULT
Copying private text should cause the Clipboard widget to appear.
