Summary: Cannot move windows off of primary display
Classification: Plasma
Product: kwin
Version First 6.8.2
Reported In:
Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED

Target Milestone: ---
DESCRIPTION
After upgrading to Plasma 6.8.2 I cannot drag running application windows off
of my primary display. Additionally, neither the title menu (right click ->
move to screen X) nor keyboard shortcut (meta+shift+arrow) work.
Moving windows _to_ my primary display works as expected.
There are no log lines in `journalctl -f --user-unit plasma-kwin_wayland` while
attempting to move the window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch any application on your primary display
2. attempt to drag it to a secondary display
3. note that the application window snaps back to the primary display
OBSERVED RESULT
Window remains in its original location
EXPECTED RESULT
Window has moved to the secondary display
