KStandardItemListWidget: restore focus to view when closing role editor

When an inline rename editor is closed (for example, when switching windows
or when the view geometry updates), focus was only transferred back to
the view container if m_roleEditor->hasFocus() was true. When another window
was focused or deactivating, m_roleEditor->hasFocus() returned false, leaving
the main window without a focused widget so Qt fell back to focusing the
Places panel or URL navigator.

Check whether another widget in the window already has focus before deciding
not to transfer focus back to the item view container. Also ignore the Tab
navigation shortcut in KItemListRoleEditor when Alt modifier is held so
Alt+Tab does not trigger roleEditingFinished(EditNext).
