--- Comment #28 from [email protected] --- I have a very concrete use case that has forced me to re-maximize a window at least 20 times today: 1) I am reviewing a PDF file. 2) I maximize the window vertically and then resize the width so I can see one whole page. 3) I want to comment on something I read. 4) The PDF window partially covers my email window so I move it to the right, out of the way. That automatically makes the PDF window very small and I now just see a couple of paragraphs.
