DESCRIPTION
Opening a new window with Kate will restore the oldest window and make it
overlap the newest.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings > Configure Kate... > Behavior
2. Tick "Open each document in its own window"
3. Click "Apply"
4. Minimize the current text document
5. Open another text document
OBSERVED RESULT
The new text document is opened and the old one is restored on top of it.
EXPECTED RESULT
The new text document is opened and the old one stays minimized.
