When the option is unchecked, KWin saves ScrollMethod=0 (LIBINPUT_CONFIG_SCROLL_NO_SCROLL) correctly, but on startup Device::setScrollMethod() returns early because it checks m_supportedScrollMethods & method, and that’s always 0 for NO_SCROLL. So the saved value is never applied and the device stays on the libinput default. I have a small fix that skips that check for NO_SCROLL.
