processcore: Cancel the ReadPids runnable if relevant cgroup gets destroyed

It's possible for the CGroup instance to be destroyed while a ReadPids
runnable is active for that instance. In that case, we would try to set
the PIDs of a deleted CGroup instance. To avoid that, keep track of
whether we have a runnable and if we have one during destruction, cancel
it.
