Pushed by niccolove into branch 'master'. shell/panelview: Don't save the style's minimum thickness setThickness() clamped to the Plasma style's minimum and saved the clamped value. While the panel loads, the minimum comes from the background's generic frame before the edge-specific one is picked, which in some PNG-based styles is huge, and that value then stuck for good. Keep the thickness the user chose apart from the one the panel uses, and save only the former.
