DESCRIPTION
Muting, unplug, plug an headphone then pressing key to unmute doesn't unmute.
May be related to #507824
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Mute audio with a headphone plugged in jack.
2. Unplug then plug the headphone.
3. Press keyboard key to unmute.
OBSERVED RESULT
The audio is still muted. The audio widget is displayed as not muted, when the
task bar shows audio as muted.
Audio volume keys must be used to unmute.
EXPECTED RESULT
The audio should be unmuted when mute/unmute key pressed.
