DESCRIPTION
When using KDE Plasma in RTL (Right-to-Left) languages, the activity manager
sidebar opens on the left side of the screen, instead of the right side. This
is a regression introduced in Plasma 6.8, while versioin 6.7 worked correctly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Plasma in a RTL language (such as Hebrew or Arabic)
2. Add the activity manager widget and click on it
3. Observe how the sidebar opens from the left side of the screen.
OBSERVED RESULT
The activity manager sidebar opens from the left side of the screen, just like
in the LTR (Left-to-Right) display languages.
EXPECTED RESULT
The activity manager sidebar open from the right side of the screen when using
RTL display languages.

I'm a long time user and never was displeased with KDE software. Even though
there are still some RTL bugs, the overall RTL support on KDE Plasma is yet
better than on Windows.
