Summary: Add option for fixed 25% corner sizing in Quick Tiling

DESCRIPTION
I'd like to see an option added to Quick Tiling that makes windows snap to
fixed quarter-screen dimensions when dragged into a corner.
Currently, when using "Trigger quarter tiling in" set to "Outer 25%", the size
of a window snapped to a corner seems to depend on the sizes of previously
resized or tiled windows. This can result in uneven quadrants, where windows in
the bottom half of the screen are larger than those in the top half or vice
versa.
It would be nice to have an option to make corner tiling use fixed
dimensions/exact percentage instead, while keeping the current dynamic behavior
available for those who prefer it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open System Settings → Display & Monitor → Screen Edges.
Set "Trigger quarter tiling in" to "Outer 25%".
Drag a window into one of the screen corners.
Resize the tiled window.
Drag another window into a different corner.
Repeat with the remaining corners and observe the differences in window sizes.
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows snapped to corners don't consistently occupy the same amount of screen
space. Their dimensions appear to be influenced by previously resized windows
and existing tile split ratios.
For example, the bottom two windows can end up larger than the top two, rather
than all four windows occupying equal quarters of the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Corner tiling should have an optional fixed-size mode where windows always
occupy exactly one quarter of the screen (25% width and 50% height), regardless
of previously resized or tiled windows. Ideally this setting would have an
override meta-drag shortcut to allow for the traditional dynamic sizing.
The existing dynamic sizing behavior should remain available in settings as an
option.
