Video showing Magic Lamp minimize animation with and without another app in
fullscreen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the minimize animation to "Magic Lamp" in System Settings.
2. Open an app and make it fullscreen.
3. Open another app as a normal window on top of the fullscreen app.
4. Minimize the windowed app.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window minimizes instantly without any animation.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window should minimize with the Magic Lamp animation, even when another app
is fullscreen.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Magic Lamp animation works normally when the other app is not fullscreen.
The problem only happens when minimizing a window on top of a fullscreen app.
