DESCRIPTION
Kickoff randomly crashes plasmashell when opening it via meta hotkey. When this
happens, the next few times I do this it will crash. Clicking the button after
it crashes like this seems to work fine and opens the launcher as expected.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press the meta key to open the launcher.
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmashell crashes, causing the panel that contains it to go away and then
restart.
EXPECTED RESULT
I expected the launcher menu to open like it usually does when pressing the
meta key or clicking on it.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've attached my plasmashell log at the time of the crash. I'm kind of
arbitrarily cut it off before the crash, but I made the crash happen multiple
times at 16:06. You can see that I eventually reached "start-limit-hit" so I
searched for that and worked backwards.
