DESCRIPTION
The top-left 44x44 corner of my screen doesn't receive any mouse clicks (all
mouse buttons). It renders normally, and the mouse can hover and drag over it,
but clicks are not received by any panel or other object in that specific
region, including windows and the desktop wallpaper.
Interestingly, the "mouse click animation" desktop effect registers normally in
that region, and active dropdowns close, so clicks ARE being registered, just
not received.
I'm not entirely certain as to when this started happening. If I recall
correctly, this issue was not present immediately after I upgraded to Plasma
6.8.2. Some time after the upgrade, I was tweaking desktop effects (wobbly
windows, later disabled) and modifying an Aurorae window decoration theme
(svg-based), and I noticed the issue a while later, after I had already
switched back to the default Breeze window decorations. The issue has since
persisted across reboots.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Mess around with desktop effects and window decorations(??)
2. Attempt to use the mouse buttons on the top-left corner of the screen, e.g
left-clicking on a fullscreen window's icon to open the window operations menu.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window/panel/desktop ignores the click.
EXPECTED RESULT
The click should be received.
