Non-hoverable areas of Task Manager and Icons-Only Task Manager widgets
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable "Hide other windows when hovering over tooltips".
2. Hover of the title or video controls of a window preview.
OBSERVED RESULT
The feature only works when hovering over the window's image at the center.
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able use the feature by hovering over any part of the "Task Manager and
Icons-Only Task Manager widgets".
It's better to be seeing the window while pressing any of those buttons.
