Add MyST syntax highlighting definition

MyST (Markedly Structured Text) is a superset of Markdown used by Sphinx and
Jupyter Book.

The definition depends on Markdown via IncludeRules (like quarto.xml),
highlighting the MyST extensions while keeping standard Markdown
rendering. The main additions are:

- dynamic fence-length matching for directives
- wrapped links/references and code spans across lines
- inline markup inside definition lists

Ref. data is pinned to the current dependency set (markdown.xml v33, yaml.xml
as of this commit).
