DESCRIPTION
When I click the application launcher, the launcher opens in strange locations
where it is unusable, sometimes in the corners of other open applications such
as Discord or Firefox. This occurs after any application window opens. Launcher
presents with an enlarged width.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click Application Launcher button (or use windows/menu key on keyboard)

OBSERVED RESULT
When I click the application launcher, the launcher opens in strange locations
where it is unusable, sometimes in the corners of other open applications such
as Discord or Firefox. This occurs after any application window opens. Launcher
presents with an enlarged width.
EXPECTED RESULT
Expected default size of application launcher to persist throughout use.

I can force access by moving any application window to full screen. Application
Manager appears with enlarged width. Recently updated to 45.20261105. Rollback
version is 45.20261104, which suffers the same issue although it did not occur
last night. Sometimes applications like Steam or Discord open in locations
difficult to access, or appear much smaller than usual (although re-sizeable).
Dolphin has randomly started opening new windows in the top left of the main
screen instead of last used location. New instances of taskbars and the
Application Launcher button act in the same fashion.
