DESCRIPTION
I took a screenshot with spectacle recently and saved it in the homefolder.
I can move the png file to another folder or rename it, however, when I try to
delete it, Dolphin says
"Permission denied for /home/me/screenmshot_123.png"
and journalctl logs
kioworker[5773]: Creating trash for "/" failed - no permission?
