I had found this bug report while googling about this issue and I was surprised
to find out how many people are affected by it. Still, the report has been
around for a while, and there is still no fix on the way. Also, I may disagree
with the importance attributed to the bug, since it's likely to affect most of
laptop users.
Any clues on when it's going to be addressed?
(On a side note, discussions about Plasma bugs tend have this interesting
pattern: 9 out of 10 times, there's a "fix" that involves killing it in more or
less creative ways, and hope for the best. If it works, make an alias for it)
