The behavior of software must be predictable. Something unexpected 
happening and assuming that users would learn quickly is terrible. Users 
don't want to learn by having unexpected behavior. If something happens 
they did not expect they call the software buggy and might move away 
from the software. Users want to be able to trust their system. 
Unexpected behavior destroys trust.
