STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Right-click on a file (in a Dolphin window or on the desktop)
2. Choose Open With > Other...
3. In the "Choose Application" window that appears, type the name of an
application in the search field
4. Hit the OK button
Now the text string you typed in the search bar appears as a new entry in the
Open With sub-menu. You can do this as many times as you want and it will
happen again. Each entry works, but the menu becomes polluted with extra
entries.
