Sometimes initiating a connection to a known wireless network from the network
plasma applet fails as if it was stuck in a loop. Then it will be impossible to
connect to any wireless network until the next reboot.
I have not yet encountered this for a new connection to a wireless network
(probably because it does not happen as often).
It seems to happen more often after the laptop has been in automatic suspended
state from power management settings.
