When I play a x264 clip in the clip monitor (no effects attached), I can see
that 2 kdenlive processes are at 100% CPU utilization.
When I play a timeline with 3 clips in 3 tracks - I get a speed of 3 fps.
When I do 'ffmpeg -hwaccel vaapi -i input.MTS -f null -' to test the load of
the decoding on the cpu, I get 9x decoding speed with 1 process producing ~ 40%
CPU.
Can kdnelive be patched to make use of VAAPI for decoding?
