Hi, I can confirm.
Scrollbars also don't work on these (when using my Intuos3):
* The "Windows Decoration" list in the window manager settings
* "Add widgets" list
* Latte dock settings
Scrollbars in applications (eg, Dolphin, Krita, etc.) work just fine.
A possibly related issue is that I don't get hover effects unless I click in
several places. For instance, in the activities manager and Latte dock.
I also sometimes have to click more than once in the desktop toolbox menu.
Maybe it's a Qt+libinput issue? I've updated libinput recently but it hasn't
changed anything.
