when installing opensuse the first thing that gets asked is what language one
wishes to use, in my case English.
when we get to the time set up, as we are in Latvia we select "Latvia". so far
so good.
after the install opening Kontact most of the menus are in Latvian.
I do not know whether this is a KDE or SUSE problem but it is a problem as I do
not wish to have menus in Latvian, English was selected as the language of
choice.
Were I to select China, would everything be in characters or Cyrillic in
Russia.
Please look into this matter as it is more than annoying.
