It's slightly off.
When the volume is at 50% according to kmix, the popup shows something slightly
less than 50% visually.
I took a screenshot, opened it in gimp, created a selection out of the blue
part and moved it right. The selection does not cover the whole right part of
the bar.
At exactly 50% volume, I'd expect exactly 50% of the bar filled.
