FINDING ORIGIN OF PROBLEM :
I have a problem with kscreen and kate5-data. kscreen can't be installed if
kate5-data is installed, and kate5-data is installed, kscreen cannot be
installed.
After check, /usr/share/locale/nb/LC_MESSAGES/plasma_applet_org.mo file is
present in both packages files (kate5-data and kscreen).
