I opened the remote directory
sftp://root@myHostIP:22/fileToEdit
And I tried to edit the file. "Open with ..." of different editors
Atom (1.16.0-1)
A local copy of the file was created.
After the file was modified nothing happened.
After the editor was closed, a dialogue appeared to load the local copy of the
file to the remote server.
Visual Studio Code (1.11.2-1)
A local copy of the file was created.
After the file was modified nothing happened.
After the editor was closed nothing happened.
Sublime Text (3.3126-1)
A local copy of the file was created.
After the file was modified nothing happened.
After the editor was closed nothing happened.
