Clicking the app icon on the left in title bar> other actions > window shortcut
does never memorize inserted shortcut.
But it still warns when a given shortcut is already in use, the dialog
finishes well but the shortcut is not working and field for shortcut next time
is empty again.
Found on arch with up-to-date plasma, found on Kubuntu 16.04 as well.
