Dell Precision M4800 using systemsettings5 keyboard map for Dell Precision
M-Series.
Touchpad toggle (Fn-F5) does not work unless systemsettings5 is opened to the
touchpad tab, after that it works fine until reboot.
I don't have to make any changes to touchpad settings to get it to work, all I
have to do is open systemsettings5 --> Input Devices --> Touchpad and the
keyboard toggle will start working. Breaks again if you reboot.
