I added a few(>3) custom banks to skrooge with custom icons/images.
Skrooge does not use the custom image anywhere (except in the drop down menu
where I select the image).
Banks/Images skrooge ships by default are working fine.
In the attached screenshot you see that the "Comdirect" bank has a image but it
does not get used whereas the "RaboDirect"(=rabobank) (ships with skrooge) uses
the image.
