Let's say you have a bunch of icons under Favorites, and you want to sort them
by drag-and-drop.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag and drop the first of those icons to the intended position
2. Move the mouse towards the next icon that you want to move
Actual Results:
The target icon is not "highlighted" on mouse hover and cannot be chosen for
drag-and-drop. Neither are the other icons, except the one that was dropped in
step 1.
Expected Results:
All the icons should be highlighted on mouse hover, so that they could be
dragged and dropped.
There are workarounds, e.g. click anywhere the Kickoff panel. But it would be
nice if this could be fixed.
