In settings, some log modules cannot be used because KSystemlog claims that log
files are missing. This is not true.
Example: for system protocol, I chose "/var/log/messages" (via file select
dialogue), which is present. Still, this mode cannot be used since KSystemlog
keeps telling that needed protocol files are missing.
