The control icons on the Favorites page (Bookmarks, Add Favorite, etc.) display
at over 700 pixels square. Sometimes a number of the icons display on top of
each other
The preview buttons display at the normal size
To reproduce: open the Favorites page
Expected results: Control icons should be about the same size as the preview
buttons
