Since the update to kdepim 15.x I can no longer use a properly working postfix
installation and the binary "sendmail".
This has the disadvantage to be forced to configure postfaix *and* kmail2's
SMTP in parallel, or to enable SMTP on the local postfix installation.
Reproducible: Always

"Failed to transport message".

postfix 2.11.7, properly working on the command line (mail) and with other MUAs
